Wow, what a mean-spirited blog toward a small mom-and-pop business. It's one thing to make fun of corporate America with it's "IHOP Tropical Pineapple Pancakes" etc., but to use a tiny coffee shop's menu and name as a by-word for a bad experience is really unkind toward people taking risks and trying to earn a living by giving the generic Maryland suburbs something different.

The thing is, I found your page because my company had this shop (which apparently moved to Rockville) cater a lunch for us and several people raved about the no-mayo tuna sandwiches. I didn't actually taste one so I wanted to see if I could scope out the recipe and why folks like it. There's no accounting for taste, I guess, but you should know that there are people who disagree with you about this place's tuna.
